Ralph Nader was the best candidates in the last two elections. I saw him in 2000 and listened to him speak for two hours without a single note and no teleprompters. He was eloquent, intelligent and even funny. After the speech he fielded questions for an hour and a half without any trainers and handlers telling him what to say. Compare that to the moronic, bungling, and almost retarded GW Bush who can’t read, write or speak on a third grader’s level. It is astonishing that someone of Bush’s low intellect, low morals, and low ethics can even run for president. But it is easy to see how a GW Bush can reach the highest political office in the land because of the ignorance of the average voter. I believe most people who are eligible to vote should stay home and let those who know the issues and the candidates decide who should run our country. Because of the ignorant electorate in the US our country has taken a nose dive in almost every measurable area. Unnecessary war, massive number of foreclosers, corporate corruption, stagnant wages, high gas prices, skyrocketing electricity rates, rising pollution levels, high medical costs, 48 million uninsured, 12 million illegal aliens, and on and on. Mr. Nader addressed all of these issues in 2000 and 2004 when none of the other candidates did. Mr. Nader is a national treasure who has unselfishly worked for every American for the last fifty years. I applaud him and all others who work for human beings rather than corrupt political hacks like GW Bush who is nothing but a corporate whore to his corporate pimps. Wake up Americans and do something. Wake up and think for a change.
