Glassbooth Local and International

When we started Glassbooth over a year ago, we knew it would be helpful, but couldn’t have imagined how many people would end up using it. Before long it became clear to us that there is no reason why this model couldn’t work for any election….right?

In this spirit, we present two new projects.

In partnership with WKBT La Crosse in Wisconsin users can take a candidate quiz for State Representative races in districts 91 and 94 and the State Senate Race in District 32.

On the other side of the planet, users can take a quiz we organized with our New Zealand partner, Pundit, for the general MMP elections.

Extreme Glassbooth Makeover

The plastic surgeons at Glassbooth have given the site a facelift. A rundown of the new look, new features, and new content:

Pulse: The research team at Glassbooth reads the newspaper and watches TV all day so you don’t have to. Glassbooth Pulse will surface the candidates’ latest positions in real time.

New Issues: Today we added “Science” questions to the site. From now until the election we will continue to roll out new issues including “Internet,” “Media,” and “Government Reform.”

New Questions: As the debate changes, Glassbooth adapts. We will constantly be adding new and relevant questions to the site like where the candidates stand the current economic crisis.

Stay in touch with the site from now until the election, and spread the word…we deeply appreciate it.
