Bill Richardson was born on November 15, 1947. He is a Democrat from New Mexico. He is currently serving as governor of the state of New Mexico. Prior to this he was the United States Ambassador to the United Nations. Richardson was Chairman of the 2004 Democratic national Convention as well as Chairman of the 2005 and 2006 Democratic Governors Association.
